Established by Jeanne and David Allbaugh in 2017 to honor their daughter, Dr. Rachel Allbaugh. The scholarship is to help recruit and support an Iowa high school graduate with high academics and great potential.

My mom is a veterinarian, so growing up I spent a lot of time in her clinic and grew to love the profession. I hope to work with small animals and maybe some wildlife.
