Established in 1999 by Dr. Eldon and Mrs. Patty Uhlenhopp to recognize one student for his/her accomplishments ininforming and influencing public policy and to assist that student in gaining additional significant experience in this field. Based on scholarship, leadership and interest as demonstrated by a written application.

I love exotics, especially small mammals like my ferrets! I am passionate about welfare for all animals. I would love to own my own practice in the future.
