Established in 1999 from a bequest of Dr. Harvey Price. Given to a veterinary student who has exhibited artistic talent and abilities regarding creation of anatomical charts, diagrams and drawings to aid in the teaching, study, research and practice of veterinary medicine.

From a younger age I’ve always enjoyed (and knew) my career would be with animals. I’ve always been driven to help advance science for both animals and people, which is why I want to be a laboratory animal vet post-graduation. I really love being able to help our animals friends contribute the most they can to our scientific community while also making sure they receive ivory tower medical care.
