Established in 2014 with proceeds from The Roger Van Prooien and Ruth Van Prooien Charitable Remainder Trust. Dr. Roger Van Prooien received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State University in 1958.

Throughout my undergraduate studies I became increasingly passionate about the dairy industry and public health. In the future, my goal is to pursue a career as a dairy veterinarian while ensuring our food supply is safe for human consumption.
