Established by N. Lois and Graham M. Rankin to honor the memory of their daughter, Krista L. Rankin, who was a veterinary medicine student at the College of Veterinary Medicine at the time of her death.

Becoming a mixed animal veterinarian allows me to couple my passion for both agriculture and veterinary medicine. I look forward to serving the shortage of veterinarians here in rural Iowa and giving back to the community and fields that made me who I am today.
