Established in 2013 by Dr. George C. Christensen to help deserving students who are attracted to careers in academic veterinary medicine to become the profession’s future teachers and research scientists. Recipient must have an interest in academic veterinary medicine and a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above.

I am really interested in veterinary pathology and all the unique challenges it brings. I plan on pursuing a career in pathology after getting my DVM.
