Established in 1989 by Mrs. Edna M. Halverson (BS ISU ’36) in memory of Dr. Harry Halverson (ISU ‘36). Based on scholarship and interest in general practice. Preference to South Dakota students.

I plan on becoming a mixed animal veterinarian after graduation. However, I will continue to keep an open mind throughout veterinary school and intend to do so by joining various clubs to gain more experience.
