Established in 2001 by Carol and Douglas Buol in memory of Carol’s father, Dr. Paul F. Starch (ISU ‘45). Open to students who demonstrate academic achievement, good professional conduct and character, and potential for future leadership.

I am passionate about small animal medicine and have a special interest in veterinary cardiology.
