Established in 2000 by the Eastern Iowa Veterinary Association. Awarded to a full-time student from eastern Iowa who demonstrates good professional conduct and good character with an interest in general practice and who is actively engaged in college activities.

I currently plan on becoming an equine veterinarian. I enjoy the opportunities that this line of work provides, such as helping my community while working outside and staying active.
