Amber Illescas

Recipient: Amber Illescas (VM4) – Los Angeles, California

I will become a board-certified surgeon or anesthetist and will also continue to work towards diversity and inclusion within veterinary medicine. I strive to attract and encourage more Latinx people into the veterinary community.
