Established in 2008 by the Iowa Veterinary Medical Association Foundation and is renewable for 3 additional years. The scholarship recognizes an outstanding student who might, without the scholarship, matriculate at another veterinary college.

I have a passion for equine medicine, specifically sports medicine and rehabilitation. After graduation, I hope to complete an internship in equine medicine and ultimately work for a clinic specializing in sports medicine.
