Established by Jeanne and David Allbaugh in 2017 to honor their daughter, Dr. Rachel Allbaugh. The scholarship is to help recruit and support an Iowa high school graduate with high academics and great potential

My passion in veterinary medicine has stemmed from growing up on a farm and raising livestock with my family. This has created a bond I hope to gain with other farming families and their livestock.
