Leonard Kater Memorial Veterinary Medicine Scholarship Fund – Reannan Barlow

Leonard Kater Memorial Veterinary Medicine Scholarship Fund

Established in 1983 by Mrs. Leonard Kater in memory of her husband, Leonard Kater. The Katers had a great compassion for animals and Mrs. Kater felt that supporting students with that same compassion would be a fitting tribute to her husband. The scholarship is given to a student intending to specialize in small animal medicine and who has a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above

Reannan Barlow

Recipient: Reannan Barlow (VM3) – Des Moines, Iowa

I want to pursue small animal general practice and be involved with high volume spay/neuter programs as well as programs that help make veterinary care accessible to all individuals.
