Established in 1985 by Dr. John G. Salsbury (ISU ‘40). The award shall be conferred on those senior students demonstrating superior scholarship, initiative, perseverance and potential for leadership.

I am a fourth-year veterinary student at Iowa State University. After school, I plan on pursuing a rotating internship at a small animal hospital. I have a strong interest in cardiology and emergency medicine.
