This scholarship was established in 2014 to honor Dr. Beenken and other practicing veterinarians who serve an important role as mentors and give students the ability to explore the veterinary profession and gain hands-on experience.

I love beef cattle production medicine but will most likely be a mixed animal veterinarian in the rural area where I grew up.
