Established in 2010 by the Lott family as a tribute to Bryan and his wife Ruth M. Lott who started, and who have given so much to the education of their children and grandchildren. The scholarship is given to an entering fourth-year student who is participating in the Cooperative Program in Veterinary Education with the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and who intends to practice in Nebraska following graduation.

I love the constant challenge that is veterinary medicine and have a particular interest in theriogenology. I look forward to bring my specific interests and skills back to an area in need in Nebraska.
