Dr. H. Hugh Dukes Award
The Donor wishes to support graduate students or doctor of veterinary medicine (DVM) program students. This Account has been established in memory of Dr. H. Hugh Dukes, who was considered the Dean of Veterinary Physiologists, and was a worldwide friend of veterinarians. Dr. Dukes was also a noted author and educator, and received his DVM degree from Iowa State College, Division of Veterinary Medicine, in 1918. The majority of his professional career was spent at New York State College of Veterinary Medicine, Cornell University, as the head of the Department of Physiology.
