Established in 2001 by Carol and Douglas Buol in memory of Carol’s father, Dr. Paul F. Starch (ISU ’45). Open to students who demonstrate academic achievement, good professional conduct and character, and potential for future leadership.

My career goal is to become a small animal practitioner where I can nourish the human-animal bond and help clients maintain positive experiences with their pets through medicine.
