The Dr. Steve Healy and Lue S.Healy Scholarship was established in 2021 to express the Healys’ gratitude to the Iowa State faculty and staff whose sincere dedication to their professions enabled them to impart to their students the cherished gifts of knowledge, skills, dreams, and life-long friendships. It is given to a student interested in food animal or mixed animal practice.

Food animal medicine has been my passion since I was a young kid. Being a part of an industry that feeds the majority of our world is an awesome career.
