Established by Jeanne and David Allbaugh in 2017 to honor their daughter, Dr. Rachel Allbaugh. The scholarship is to help recruit and support an Iowa high school graduate with high academics and great potential

The veterinary profession has been my passion since I did 4H in middle school. I love the science behind a diagnosis and will work extremely hard to become a good and reliable doctor.
