This scholarship was established by the estate of John Paul Janovick. This scholarship supports DVM students (in order of preference) from (1) Madrid, Iowa, (2) Boone County, Iowa, or (3) the State of Iowa.

I am passionate about contributing to the One Health Initiative as a future veterinarian. Bringing animal, human, and environmental health together to improve global wellbeing is a cause that I hope to contribute to.
