Dr. Paul F. Starch Scholarship in Veterinary Medicine

Established in 2001 by Carol and Douglas Buol in memory of Carol’s father, Dr. Paul F. Starch (ISU ’45). Open to students who demonstrate academic achievement, good professional conduct and character, and potential for future leadership.

I am passionate about small animal emergency medicine and I plan to become a clinician in emergency and critical care after graduation.
