Uhlenhopp Public Policy Award

Established in 1999 by Dr. Eldon and Mrs. Patty Uhlenhopp to recognize one student for his/her accomplishments in informing and influencing public policy and to assist that student in gaining additional significant experience in this field. Based on scholarship, leadership and interest as demonstrated by a written application.

I am passionate about the food animal industry, especially cow-calf and feedlot medicine. I hope to serve my rural Iowa and South Dakota communities after graduation.
